Some recent pictures from my phone

This was an unseasonably hot day the end of
April. Addison got a sweaty head!

At storytime at the library April 24th. It was a start to trying to crawl, finally!

Totally cute, or what??

My big girl on a big girl bike. I found training wheels at super
kids resale. Jared had to make some adjustments to get them
to fit on this old bike of Ramie's, and Maya pedals with
her tiptoes, but she loves it!

Goofy picture, but you can see her teeth! The front ones
are even with the other tops ones now (this was a couple weeks
ago) and she looks like such a big girl when she smiles big!

She stole this apple right out of Maya's hands. She LOVES
to hold apples and munch on them!

We had a ward international night and of course the Polynesian
countries brought tons of food! Hooray! I sat Addison down with
this donut type thing so I could eat some delicious curry stuff (I
LOVE curry) and she absolutely mutiliated it. I figured she'd munch
long enough for me to eat quickly, but she was gnawing away at it.
She's a total piglet.

I joked with Jared that I'd crave Mexican food on Cinco De Mayo.
Sure enough, after talking about it, I did. We usually have date night
(with Addison in tow) to a Thai place so I can get curry, but
Mexican sounded so good! We found a place that wasn't
crowded (plus it was still early) and Addison loved it, too!

I came home from picking up Maya last Saturday to find Addison eating dirt while Jared and Bryson worked on something in the front yard. Jared got to change the dirt blowout she had just as church was starting the next morning.

Then she ate sand when we took a semi-spur-of-the-moment trip to the coast Sunday afternoon. The little booger is finally crawling and made her way all over the sand! Maya was having a blast despite what this picture may show. Once I get around to getting the pictures off my camera I will post happy ones!

Also on April 15th

It was a loverly day so after church we loaded up a picnic and headed to the park!

Addison was so cute in her hat. I had to find one with that ties so she can't pull it off! I don't know what to do with such a white baby! Sunscreen, sunscreen, sunscreen! And a hat for her poor, bald head!

Maya had some fun on the playground but I think it was a bit overwhelming- it's really big and it was really busy (Oregonians come out in swarms on nice days!). There was some obnoxious older kid at the end of the slide, thus she is just sitting here contemplating what to do. Some other adult at the bottom said something. I wanted to smack him.
Maya is excellent on the balance beam and very proud of herself!

April 15th

Matchy Matchy Sunday dresses! Addison didn't wear the headband except for the pictures. It left a mark. My kids have big heads.
