Maya's new room!

Nana and Auntie Caiti Did redecorated Maya's room! She first saw it about a week ago. She has hardly left it since- great fun to be had!

Maya laid herself out on it and said
"Dora table!" Pardon her wedgie.

It was about at this point Maya said "I love it!"
She knew she was getting a "new" room, but I don't think she was prepared for the shock of how awesome it would be!

More Addison... and other stuff!

Jared's brother Steve and his family brought us dinner one night after Addison was born. Maya and cousin Damien had a pillow fight after dinner!

Maya and two of her "special treats" for pooping on the potty.
Gonna have to break away from the reward for every
successful poop- hasn't had an accident since the first time!

my girls! don't worry, Addison isn't usually this buggy eyed!

Daddy gave Addison a bath. She wasn't a fan

I am in love with her double chin. She also has a bit of a mullet. On any other kid it would be ugly. Not on mine- it's adorable! :)

Tummy time, aka her favorite way to sleep.

Smiling at the angels (gas, my aunt fanny! This kid does NOT smile when she has gas!)

Maya performing for Nana and Auntie- August 16th

Maya would go and grab a new book for each new song and pretend to sing from it! Pardon the clicking. My stupid camera likes to constantly auto focus and I can't figure out how to make it stop!

Addison Overload

Some more pics from the hospital...

Auntie Caiti Did had a cold

Her hat ALWAYS fell off in the bassinet!

going home outfit- not too happy about it!

Home!
I thought I rotated this...

I LOVE this face!

Propped in the boppy. I ignore the "sleep"
with a big ol' X through it on its tag :)

Sunday Sister Time

Maya wanted to see Addison's belly. I'm pretty sure we showed it to her Saturday afternoon, so she just had to give it another inspection. She peeked at that ugly umbilical cord and said "take it off!"

She then insisted on feeding Addison her bottle. No help from Nana- she was holding her hand out of the way before she put her's on her shoulder!

I wish this picture hadn't turned out so blurry- she brought over this blanket and wrapped her in it. It was quite sweet.

Then after Church Maya came in one of her Big Sister shirts!

This is from Auntie Caiti Did's phone. It looks great on her screen but not to good once it's been texted to my email account and downloaded. Oh, well... still adorable!
