Maya's first day of preschool

Yes, I am well aware my child looks a slight bit ridiculous.

I got Maya these skirt/pant combos at wal-mart. They rang up as "skegging"s. (hahahahaha!) She, of course, being a little girl (who is obsessed with pink and all that jazz), loves them. They are her special school clothes. She has them in purple and black, as well. I got her a few shirts, too, and this is the one she chose to wear, along with her "princess shoes" (they have Disney princesses on them, and they light up, so they're extra cool).

I am not a pro at photography and we were in a hurry. The shadows suck, and I cropped out the newspapers on the porch as best I could. :)
Outside her school. She booked it on in and hardly looked back!
She's a total momma's girl so I was almost offended! :)
Maya has been loving school. She goes twice a week and I think it's been great for her!

Addison's first ponytail

I have bald babies. I prefer it that way. While some babies are cute with hair (like Savannah), many are not. But then when they hit a year old and don't have much, it starts getting pitiful. At a year old, Maya was starting to have a mohawk. Poor Addison is just growing a bit of a mullett. But tonight, while she chewed on toothbrushes and tried to get away, I managed a quick ponytail. It was adorable, ridiculous, and hilarious. I documented as best as I could!

(she started rubbing the bristles of the toothbrushes together here)

Maya and Jackson having fun

Love these pics of Maya and Caroline. The first cracks me up, then I got Maya to quit being a grouch and they had lots of fun!

"take a picture of us!" silly girls

lobster outfits! Jackson had some embroidered on his shorts.
Again, unfortunately, Addison was being a pill.
