August 31st: went to a park for a little family gathering for cousin Trevor's birthday.

Maya kept slipping on this bridge. I asked if she needed help and she said "I've got this handled." Hilarious.

 Addison wore a cute beanie.

There was a tri-ward activity on September 10th (also our first wedding anniversary!). The weather was awesome for an outdoor activity! Maya enjoyed the park and water (though I forgot there would be water so she didn't have a bathing suit. Luckily she kept her clothes on- she used to strip butt naked in our backyard to play in her pool!). She especially thought the water balloons were quite fun! I had to take her away so she'd quit popping all of them! And I finally convinced her to get her face painted- once she saw that little Beca from our ward had a heart on her face!

awesome Addison face

nekked baby. it was warm out!

And here's Addison chilling in her swing on the 14th. We traded it in at "playplace" for one that can go side to side- she likes that better. She's quite content in it. She can also get quite content sitting in her bouncy seat or her car seat (though doesn't like the initial start to being put in the car seat!) and gets mad when you pick her up.

Matchy Matchy!

Sunday August 28th:

Thursday, September 8th:

A picture of my baby crying shouldn't
crack me up, but this does.

Maya has ink from stamps on her hands,
not a major boo boo!

Before Nana and Auntie left...

I LOVE this picture!

The flash didn't go off in this picture, so the sun shining through
the back made it look kinda crappy. I fixed it up a bit with what
crappy editing software my computer has! Such a cute picture!

Maya got some special gifts from great grandma "Marma"
in the box with Addison's gifts. She loves them!

More pics from August

Addison's first day at church.
We just went to Sacrament meeting.
I think Auntie Cait bought this dress.

Maya climbed in bed with us one morning (when Addison was still in my
room and this was probably after a side-lying nursing session- my babies
do NOT sleep in my bed. Don't get me started on co-sleeping) and wanted
to "snuddle" with baby sister. Maya's not actually asleep here- she was
looking at something at the end of the bed, but it's a cute picture because
it looks like they both are!

Ramie made Maya a crown, then one for Nana as well!

August 23rd. Maya thinks seeing Addison's
mouth through her pacifier is pretty cool

Ramie is 11!

We had Ramie's birthday party on August 20th. My mom, sister, Maya, Addison, and I got there a few minutes too late (well, they started early, actually) and missed the cutting of the cake, so this first picture is from Jared's phone. Ramie looks thrilled, I know.

Yes, I was gross and brought my
8 day old to skate world

Ramie got to spin the wheel for a special b-day prize

On Ramie's actual birthday, the 22nd, we had ravioli for dinner (thanks to my mom for making it! and lots of other meals while she was here!) and cheesecake for dessert. Ramie got her very own can of whipped cream!
